Optimizing the Safety of EHRs

The SAFER Guides, which consist of nine guides, are designed to optimize the safety and safe use of EHRs. They identify recommended practices and provide a self-assessment to determine an organization's degree of conformance to the recommended practices.

To better understand and implement the content within the SAFER guides, as well as the importance of the guides to your organization's electronic health record (EHR) related safety.
