How Data Is Transforming the Patient Experience
Comprehensive health care reform is not possible without system-wide adoption of health information technology, which improves the quality of healthcare delivery, increases patient safety, decreases medical errors, and strengthens the interaction between patients and healthcare providers. Data is vital to improving the patient's experience.
The HIMSS Oregon Spring Conference will address a variety of these challenges in various formats including case studies, impactful patient experience stories, and engaging panels with industry leaders. This event promises to be an interactive learning experience that will include all levels of healthcare, including CIOs, patients and others sharing their experiences of how to overcome current data challenges and prepare for future data obstacles.
